There’s always time for fitness, and any fitness workout is better than none at all.
Family In The Way of Your Fitness Habit?
My family is too demanding I just can’t do fitness! That’s another big excuse that people use for not forming a fitness habit.
The fact is, you can use your family to enhance your fitness routine.
If you have kids, there is nothing better than running around in the yard with them, taking them to the park.
Get involved in family activities, indoor climbing, volleyball, bicycling, hiking, walking and all manner of other activities.
That will not only help you form a fitness habit, but will also instill it ahead of time in your children.
They will thank you when they don’t have to do the work you’re doing when they are grown.
There is Always Energy in Us
I have no energy left when I get home from work!
A little bit of exercise when you get home from work will give you energy for the rest of the evening.
Remember to do your various mini workouts throughout the day.
When you get home instead of having a glass of wine before dinner get out and walk around the block.
If the weather is bad, take a few minutes before you go home to walk around your local shopping mall.
This will give you a nice transition time in between the activities of your day helping blood circulating and improve your health.
Take advantage of all of the little opportunities for exercise, you can turn your can’t do attitude into a can do attitude.
