Lift the treadmill belt on one side and insert the application tube underneath the belt as far as possible to about 1/3 underneath the width of the belt, then squeeze the bottle under controlled pressure while slowly pulling the applicator tube out from under the belt to leave a consistent stream of lubricant between the center of the belt to the outer edge of the belt. Repeat the process on the opposite side of the belt to achieve full-width belt lubrication.
