【MULTI-LEVEL RESISTANCE】- After testing other band kits, we realized the “resistance weight” described is misleading. So we took another approach. With 15 different resistance combinations, our bands work for any strength workout. Level 1 is equivalent to a “10 lbs” band, Level 2 to “20lbs”, Level 3 to “30lbs”, Level 4 to “40lbs”, and Level 5 to a “50lbs” band. Adding all bands (Level 15), you’ll get “150lbs” resistance.
